Renault UK boss Philippe Talou-Derible is to switch to the role of commercial director at Renault Sport Technologies, the division responsible for finding closer links between Renault's racing activities and its showroom products.Talou-Derible, a keen car enthusiast and collector, takes up the appointment at the beginning of November and will be based at Renault's Paris HQ. He is saying little about his new role, beyond the fact that it will "take time to develop".
But he will probably be involved in managing the group's future motorsport policy, in devising new products to be sold under the Renault Sport banner, and in finding new activities for the famous old Renault Sport (formerly Alpine) factory in Dieppe.

Interesting update on Renault’s leadership move and its possible impact on their performance arm. It reminds me how, just like in the auto industry, success often depends on the right people in the right roles. I’m currently preparing for my career in nursing and realized that getting the right HESI exam help is just as crucial. Whether it's cars or careers, good guidance makes all the difference.
